Refund Policy

At Al-Ilm School, we aim to provide exceptional language education. Please review our refund policy for our year-long programs below:

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests:

  • Before the Program Begins: If you cancel your enrollment at least 30 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the annual fees, minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • After the Program Begins: Refunds are not available once the program has started. However, if you need to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), you may request a partial refund or credit toward a future program. Documentation must be provided for consideration.

2. Program Transfer:

If you wish to transfer to a different program or defer your enrollment, please notify us at least 14 days before the original start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend any part of the program and do not notify us in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.

4. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 21 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
